I enjoy working with companies to build corporate visual identities from the ground up. Successful designs combine the right visual language (symbolism, typeface, colors, tone) with layers of subtle meaning that customers can uncover to create a stronger bond with the brand. My design process includes strategic brand positioning through delivery of a style guide and beyond, depending on your needs.

Zola is an early-stage technology startup developing a robotic device to enable independence for those with limited mobility. The “Z” mark has an active, upward feel while symbolizing both freedom of movement (left/right arrows) and artificial intelligence (two angle brackets).
Kapono is a social network built around privacy for close family groups. The “face” created around the lock can also be used as a separate visual element within the identity system.
